Reason #521 St. Martha rocks: We set high standards for achievement and help students succeed

This is part of a blog series about why St. Martha rocks, leading up to our Open House & Catholic Schools Week in late January.

At St. Martha, we combine Catholic faith and teaching with academic excellence

Catholic schools set high standards for achievement and help students succeed. Consider this:

  • Our alumni are regularly awarded scholarships to area Catholic high schools and maintain the honor roll once there.
  • We offer robust arts and humanities curriculum including Art, Computer, Library, Music, Spanish and PE.
  • Our students shine in everything from Book Bee and Quick Recall to theater productions and art club. Future leaders proudly represent St. Martha at the Kentucky United Nations Assembly, Kentucky Youth Assembly and Governor’s Cup.
  • We offer 3 & 4-year old Pre-K classes, with recently renovated classrooms, to give our youngest Shamrocks a jumpstart on their education.
  • Students in need of additional assistance are able to turn to full-time teaching assistants, counselors and reading resource teachers, as well as our new Learning Lab with new tools to meet the needs of those with diagnosed learning differences.

Come see for yourself! Join us for our Open House:

Family is the Best Word

"The teachers are really vested in the kids long after they leave their classes. Family is the best word to describe St. Martha and prepared is the best word to describe my son after his time there.”
