Caroline Rolon is the Spanish teacher at St. Martha School. A native of Puerto Rico, Mrs. Rolon enjoys sharing her native language with all of her students. Mrs. Rolon’s son, Dante, is currently a St. Martha preschool student.

Highlight of the year:

The highlight of my year, really everyday, is when I see my students accomplish a goal in class, seeing their excitement in their faces.

Passion:

My passion in the classroom is driven by what my students learn and what I learn from each of them. I love that we are growing academically together.

Philosophy:

My philosophy is to teach with passion and love, understanding that all the students have different goals. I work to help them conquer them.

Favorite part of teaching:

My favorite part of teaching is seeing my students engaged and learning Spanish.

Favorite teaching memory:

One of my most favorite memories as a teacher is the love and care my students showed when my grandmother passed away. They created a book of letters for me.

Favorite thing about St. Martha:

St. Martha has an amazing team of teachers! That’s my favorite thing about St. Martha.

My hope for my students:

My hope for my students is that they grow to carry the Lord’s word and love everywhere they go.

Fun fact:

My husband and I are getting ready to become parents. We are so excited! I love that my younger students ask when the baby will start school with them and if he likes snacks!
